From Betrayed to Bossed Up: Recovery after Betrayal

This group is for women who are navigating the painful journey of recovery after betrayal. We understand the deep emotional toll that betrayal can take, especially in intimate relationships, and this group is here to help you reclaim and rebuild your sense of self. Through shared stories, healing practices, and group support, we will explore how betrayal impacts trust, self-esteem, and identity. Together, we’ll challenge societal and cultural pressures, redefine our worth, and cultivate resilience. This group is about rediscovering who you are beyond the betrayal, setting healthy boundaries, and empowering you to step into a future that honors your strength, self-love.

The Missing Piece: Life with an absent Father

This group is dedicated to women who have experienced emotional or physical absence from their fathers, and how this absence has shaped their lives. The impact of growing up without a father figure goes far beyond childhood, influencing how we show up in relationships, our sense of self-worth, and how we navigate the world as women. Whether absent through distance, neglect, or emotional unavailability, the void left by an absent father can deeply affect how we approach dating, form connections with partners, raise our children, and view ourselves in the world.

In this group, we’ll explore the unspoken ways fatherlessness has shaped your identity and relationships. We’ll provide a space to uncover the emotional scars & break generational patterns. Together, we’ll work through the unique challenges of navigating life without the father figure, while discovering new ways to show up for ourselves, our families, and our futures.

Mother Wounds: A space for daughters to share, heal, & grow

This group is a space for daughters who are navigating the complexities of strained relationships with their mothers. Many of us carry emotional wounds from our upbringing, and it’s time to address the impact that has on our sense of self, our relationships, and our well-being. In this group, you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, heal from past hurts, and begin the journey of self-empowerment. Together, we’ll explore how these mother wounds shape our lives and our interactions with others, and learn tools to cope and move forward on your journey.

No Capes Allowed: Where Superwomen Rest & Reset

No Capes Allowed is a creative, supportive space designed for women who are ready to release the weight of constantly being the “superwoman” in their lives. Too often, women feel pressured to show up strong and unbreakable, but that constant demand for strength leads to burnout, stress, and a disconnect from their true selves. This group offers the opportunity to give yourself permission to take off the cape and operate from a place of softness and vulnerability.

In this group, participants will engage in activities like painting, drawing, and journaling, allowing space for creativity, expression, and resetting. Each session includes discussions on tools and strategies to help women detach from the role of “doing it all” and focus on learning how to communicate their needs and desires in healthy, empowering ways. The group encourages women to welcome help, embrace rest, and practice self-compassion, while letting go of the mask and expectations that often lead to burnout.
